Summary:

No matter our background, our living situation or our family of origin we long for secure relationships. I am excited to share with you how understanding our own attachment styles can positively impact and deepen all of our relationships. 2 CEUs.

Objectives:

  1. Provide an overview of attachment theory and how it relates to our survival
  2. Provide an overview of the four attachment styles and a questionnaire so you can assess your own style
  3. Teach skills to help you create more secure attachments with your loved ones regardless of your attachment style
