About Bethany:
Bethany Raab, LCSW, ACS, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and educator based in Colorado. She is the founder of Petal & Peak Mental Health and the Center for Ethical Social Work Practice, where she provides clinical supervision, consultation, and training for social workers statewide. Bethany is a Past President of the Colorado Society for Clinical Social Work and currently serves as CSCSW Awards Committee Chair, with prior leadership roles including CSCSW Education Committee Co-Chair and Co-Chair of the NASW Private Practice Group. With more than 20 years of experience across community mental health, residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, court-ordered outpatient services, and private practice, she supports clinicians in building practices that are ethical, sustainable, and aligned with their values. Her teaching emphasizes practical decision-making, clear boundaries, and early visibility that helps clients understand services without compromising professionalism, grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and relational frameworks.
Who is this Workshop For?
This workshop (and others in this series) is for mental health professionals who are looking to start a private practice. These workshops are also great for clinicians who are in private practice, but could use some additional support. This workshop is open to all mental health professionals (not just social workers) who have at least a Master's Degree.
